Kennards was a great self storage facility, great location, clean and plenty of options for size of unit and easy access. Cecilia who runs the facility there was absolutely fabulous, not just helpful and full of useful tips but also a great and fun sense of humour. Off we ever need extra space again we will definitely be back!

Such a great location in cbd so easy and cheap, we used for the last year while downsized and needed the extra space. All the help and assistance has been awesome, especially from Cecilia when we needed to finalise our unit.

Sad to say I had a negative experience with Cecilia at Kennards this week. In the weekend on the phone, I was given what I though was a fair price for a small cleanup job, so I accepted. Then this week reading their invoice email I discovered that they had charged me a much higher price! Surely a mistake I thought? When I responded saying it wasn't the price that I had been told, she dug her heels in and wouldn't match it. The amount is not huge - $50 vs $20, but it's the principle - who changes the agreed price after the work is done? Well, I guess today I found out that Cecilia does. The other staff seem nice, but she is not to be trusted

I've had a storage unit at this facility for 5 years now. The team are always super helpful and prompt in their responses. The facility itself is clean and tidy and has various storage solutions, which Cecilia and Zaire are always happy to offer advice on. Highly recommend.

We used Kennards Self Storage to store several extra suitcases while we travelled light through New Zealand. It was a good value for us, and we'd use them again

We've had a storage locker with NMS in Cook St for 6 years, mainly for storage of business files and equipment. The service we've received, easy access to the facility and friendliness of the staff has been exceptional, I have no hesitation in recommending the service and the team.

I have just disposed of the goods I had stored at Ministorage (Cook Street) for 4 years (having used them off and on for over 15 years). The building is clean and secure. Always, they have been helpful, especially when I needed to downsize and I was able to move to the new unit almost immediately. They have a store where you can buy anything storage related, easy parking, trolleys to carry goods. Payment is easy using automatic payments, and there was no hassle to end the rental. 7 days notice was easy by email and refund immediately, where they waived the notice period because I had already emptied the unit.

Fantastic service. House was flooded in the Auckland floods so needed somewhere to store my things while we were searching for a new home. We didn't even ask for it, but they just gave us a complimentary month of insurance. If I ever need storage again, I know who I'll be going to.

We had a great experience with National Mini Storage. We are full time travelers and I was able to book the space while still in Australia. We stored some baggage while we toured the South Island. As our travel plans changed we were able to communicate with the office and they were able to help us out. A great experience!

I needed a space where to store my bags while cycling around New Zealand. They offer a 1x1x1 meters cubicle that is perfect for the purpose, at 57 dollars a month. I setup everything online and the checkin process was fast. Kindness and efficiency were plentiful at every stage of the process, Kiwi style.

Fantastic facility and service. We feel very fortunate to have found NMS to store our excess luggage. It is a professional team and facility with excellent secure lockers in a range of sizes. In a different league to the pretender disruptors who would have you leave luggage in someone's shop or hotel. Highly recommended.
