I stored everything I care about most in the world at Kennards Self Storage Takanini, and I cannot praise them enough. Over the years, the facility has stayed spotlessly clean, completely dry, and incredibly secure. What really makes this place stand out is the staff. They treat you—and your belongings—with genuine care, respect, and empathy. Knowing my most valued possessions were in such safe, professional hands took away all the stress. Thank you to the wonderful Takanini team!

Worst storage facility. Threatened and blamed by their staff.

Wonderful time using the storage - implemented a new system which makes it a lot easier getting in and out of the unit only using your phone. Incredibly helpful.

Toilets are locked all the time and you have to rush kids away off the dacility to find toilet facilities on Sundays, bins are locked if you are here on a Sunday can't pay and throw away rubbish. Very inconvenient and not a great service for these reasons.

First time ever using a storage company so walked in with little knowledge on how it works however, the service we received from the Takanini branch was incredible. Customer service was A++ and signup process quick and easy. The place is extremely clean and has high security fences which made us feel confident to store our belongings here. Our first and most likely the only storage facility we'll use as long as we're in the area. Thank you - Starling

Great reception and intro service from Laina when i signed up. I like the demo storage unit too which made it easy to go in and see the sizes in person. I felt prices were reasonable (I didn't really look around at last minute) and they offer specials every now and then so i received a discount for 3 months. Was easy to access whenever I needed. Good communication around any updates or changes. Would definitely recommend and use again.
