Absolutely amazing customer service! The facilities are secure, clean, and easy to navigate. Booking through their website was so easy, and if you need any help, they answer your call right away. No fuss at all—they’re very friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions. The prices are reasonable, and their website has plenty of useful information as well. Would definitely choose Kennards again and will happily come back next time! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Needed a 6m x 3m storage unit for house contents after property sale. Found National Storage Albany were 30% cheaper than Kennards Miro Place Albany for the same size unit.

Such an easy place to deal with. Friendly & obliging staff, nothing was too hard, even changing units part way through. The access & parking are great, good supply of trolleys & the units are clean & secure. And prices were the best I found. Don't need to look any further! Highly recommend.

Brian from the Albany facility was awesome to deal with. Made everything easy and always on top of things. They had availability and choice in size and were very flexible on adding another unit if needed on the day. If we need storage again we will be back!

Even through all the flooding in Jan & Feb 2023, they kept us updated on the situation and notified everyone about possible water in our storage. We got off very lucky but the communications regular and very clear. Great place for storage. Easy access.
