I have used it for a long time without any issues, and I particularly liked that the process of stopping use was not cumbersome and ended on a pleasant note.

I rented a storage space here for about three years, and my experience was nothing but great. The facility is very well maintained and well ventilated, and everything we stored remained in perfect condition. The staff member working on Sunday, 25 October, was extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Kennards Self Storage Albany.

The team at Kennards Self Storage Albany are super friendly, helpful and professional. From the very beginning, they responded promptly to all of my emails and provided all the information and support I needed. I recently cleaned up my storage unit over the weekend and had the pleasure of meeting Tracy, who was incredibly helpful in getting me the locker and resources I needed. Mark and Claire were also so friendly and helpful. It has been such a positive experience dealing with the team at Kennards Albany. Everyone has been welcoming, approachable and genuinely happy to help. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Kennards Self Storage Albany to anyone looking for a storage facility. 😊

I used a storage facility for the first time and was really satisfied with the experience! 😊 The facility was clean and well maintained, which made a great first impression. Mark and Claire were incredibly friendly and helpful. They showed me several options based on the location and unit size, explaining everything clearly, which made it much easier to choose the right one. They also shared some useful tips about storing my belongings, which I really appreciated. Since it was my first time using storage, I had quite a few questions, but they made me feel comfortable and guided me through everything, so the decision was easy. Thank you, Mark & Claire! 😊 I would definitely recommend this place to anyone using a storage facility for the first time. 👍

I've utitised Kennards in another town , so moving to Albany was a no brainer. The staff are welcoming and as much as the building looks imposing , it is actually user friendly. Impeccably clean and well ventilated , so even soft goods are safe. Thoughly recommended.

Great storage, we had our trailer parked there for more than 6 months and had a very good experience - easy to access, secure, clean, very responsive and helpful team. We later also used the storage facilities and were really surprised how clean and new the storage units were. Exceptional! Thank you very much to the team and cannot recommend the storage enough!

I have used this storage facility twice in 10 years, both times unexpected and not a happy event. National mini storage couldn't have made it easier for me to store my possessions, with sizes for all budgets and goods. The staff were always friendly and easy to talk to and helped me choose the right storage size for my things. Will use again if needed and happy to recommend.

Dry clean storage I had for over a year . The only complaint is that there are no lights for after hours so best you take a flash light ...very annoying . But overall very secure with padlocks and pin codes in and out no cameras overlooking units only at main gate

Loved this storage facility! I will definitely recommend and also come back here if need be in the future! Prices are affordable, service is great, and access is super easy. Being able to drive in, grab a trolley to unload your car/truck/trailer and push your stuff down or up the elevator, then to your room was the icing on the cake for me. Everything was convenient.
