We had a fantastic experience with Kim at Kennards Self Storage, East Tamaki, Auckland. Kim was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She was thorough in explaining everything, gave us a great tour of the facility, and patiently answered all of our questions. She made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, and her warm, welcoming approach made a real difference. Thank you, Kim, for providing such wonderful service. Kennards Self Storage is lucky to have you on their team! Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience using Kennards Self Storage. The entire facility is incredibly clean, well-lit, and highly secure with individual unit alarms and personal PIN access. What really sets them apart is their customer-first policies—being able to borrow a free moving trailer at move-in was a huge lifesaver. I also love their "Fair Go" pricing model; there are no hidden fees or security deposits, and they actually refund any unused rent if you move out early. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free storage solution!

I have recently moved my things into storage at Kennards storage Ormiston and just would like to share what an amazing site this is. The place is clean and extremely well looked after by the staff on site. They have large lifts and good sized trolleys which makes it super easy to transport your thing to and from the unit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I even received a follow up call after a few weeks by the staff to make sure I was satisfied. Big thank you to the wonderful team 🙏 I have no hesitation in recommending this site, you guy Rock 🙂

Excellent storage experience The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and highly secure. I appreciated the 24/7 surveillance and gated access, which gave me peace of mind knowing my items were safe. The units are climate-controlled and well designed place. Pricing is competitive, various sizes that fit for everyone needs and they also provided other value adds like free trailer use. The entire experience was hassle-free, and I will definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and secure storage!

Wonderful staff, location and storage facilities. There are lots of trolleys so that no matter when I turned up there were always really good quality trolleys for me to use to move my stuff. Much better than other facilities I've been in. The staff were so helpful, and really prompt when I've emailed. I recommend this to anyone in the area.

NMS have been our preferred storage provider twice now over the last 3 years. We've only taken our items out both times because we relocated. Their customer service is friendly & helpful. Their units are clean, tidy and easily accessible. We've stored at their Penrose & Ormiston branches. Their prices are competitive and locations handy. My MIL is moving in with us this time, so it looks like we'll be heading back to NMSO very soon.. and so should you! Highly recommend A+++++

Excellent facility and great staff. Being able to drive indoors to load and unload was a real treat. We had a large ground floor space for 3 months as we sold and purchased a new house. I highly recommend using them.

Being quite new, the Ormiston facility is clean. Simple and secure access. Big parking bays inside the facility to load / unload. Security cams everywhere, so I felt safe to do stuff without worrying my stuff will get nicked while not looking. Well ventilated - stored my stuff for 3 months, would say not much dust, if at all. Good lighting - I've looked at other places, and they can be dark and probably need headlamps to do stuff sometimes. Friendly staff, responds fast. Variety of trolleys on site to help you move your stuff. Was not on ground floor, but the cargo lift is huge, so makes no difference which floor you're on.

New and clean facility. Well secured. Staff are helpful to help break the lock as I've misplaced my keys. Called the wrong branch but the staff was very helpful to help contact the correct branch to follow me up via email. Kudos to the branch at East Tamaki! Will recommend and will return again.
